PenAmour stores account and profile information you provide, including your private date of birth, verified email address, chosen profile details, city references, messages, uploaded media, social activity, preferences, reports, and blocks.

We use this data to provide profiles, discovery, correspondence, social features, account security, abuse prevention, moderation, and member support. IP addresses, session details, and device-token metadata are used for security and enforcement. Location is based on selected city reference data; private user coordinates are not sent to a shared location service.

Profile visibility, map, hometown, friend-list, presence, comment, contact, and notification controls affect how information is shown. Messages and report evidence are available only to authorized participants or staff, subject to safety preservation.

Operational providers may process the minimum data needed for hosting, email, authentication, mapping, and delivery. PenAmour does not sell private messages or precise location data.

You may correct profile data, pause the account, revoke sessions, or request deletion. Deletion removes profile and social data after the cancellation period while shared correspondence, moderation evidence, and audit records may be retained for recipient continuity and safety. A final jurisdiction-specific retention schedule and operator contact notice must be approved before public launch.
